This restaurant refused to allow me to enter with my wheelchair and service dog.
When I asked for food to take out (because there were no other accessible restaurants to get food easily in the neighbourhood), he brought me the menu.
I started to read the menu and then all of a sudden he snatched it back. He said he can't be seen serving me outside.
I had to do without food for another 2 hours - until after I caught Wheel-Trans to downtown - where I could find another restaurant.
This is a shocking example of severe discrimination against a person who, by law, can take the service dog anywhere a member of the public is allowed to go. I wonder if the owner knows he was breaking the law?
